Refund & Return Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us.
If you’re not happy with your order, you have 3 calendar days from the date of pickup or delivery to contact us at info@tsp-tees.com for a refund or exchange.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Custom items (embroidery, DTF, or screen-printed designs) are eligible for refund only if there is a clear manufacturing or printing defect.

  • After the 3-day period, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
