1. Overview

Welcome to Southern Press, LLC (“Southern Press,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing from our website or in person, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order. These terms apply to all online and in-store purchases of hats, apparel, embroidery, DTF, and related services.


2. Products & Services

Southern Press, LLC specializes in the resale of hats and apparel, as well as custom embroidery and DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing services.
All custom work (including embroidery, DTF, and screen printing) is made to order and may vary slightly from digital proofs or mockups due to thread color, garment dye lot, or print material differences.


3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept all major credit/debit cards and other forms of payment displayed at checkout.


4. Turnaround Time

Production time varies depending on order volume and complexity. Typical turnaround is 7–14 business days after artwork approval and payment. Rush orders may incur additional fees.

5. Custom Design Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork proofs before production. Once approved, Southern Press, LLC is not liable for spelling errors, color choices, logo placement, or sizing errors in the submitted artwork.


6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, logos, and designs provided by the customer remain the property of the customer. Southern Press, LLC reserves the right to use completed products for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.


7. Limitation of Liability

Southern Press, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.


8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Bell County, Texas.
